Annalisa Firmani


She graduated in Economics and Business at the Gabriele D’Annunzio University of Pescara and obtained her Masters in Business Tax Law and International Taxation at the “Luigi Bocconi” Business University of Milan and in Auditing and Internal Control at the University of Pisa.

She is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

She served at the Inland Revenue Agency in the Relevant Subjects Sector of the Central Assessment Directorate and the Central Audit and Security Directorate of the Lombardy Region. She then held the position of Central Director of Auditing and Internal Control for a multinational steel manufacturing company. More recently, she has collaborated with renowned law and tax firms with a particular focus on international taxation issues.

She is a member of the Supervisory Board or Statutory Auditor of several companies and works with Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Boards of companies (including those belonging to listed groups).

Author of publications on “administrative and criminal liability of companies”, she holds training courses and is a speaker at conferences on complianceand internal audit as well as on tax law.
